St. Andrews Airport Inc. operates as a non-profit corporation to serve the best interests of the airport and its tenants. The Board of Directors consists of unpaid volunteers, and all money generated from fees, rents, etc., is used to maintain and improve the airport. The airport is now over 60 years old and has aging infrastructure that must be repaired or replaced. The airport does not have a capital improvement reserve fund in place to fund these capital costs on a timely basis. From discussions with several of the larger tenants, the Board of Directors has determined that, to fund these improvements, we must charge some new fees and adjust some of our current fees effective October 1, 2025, as follows:
|
Fee |
Type |
Cost |
|
Non-Resident Commercial Piston |
Per Landing ($5 Increase) |
$20.00 |
|
Resident Commercial Piston |

|
Fuel Concession Fees on AVGAS |

|
Fuel Concession Fees on Jet A |

$0.07 |
|
Airport Improvement Fee |
Per Departing Passenger (NEW) |
$10.00 |
Airport tenants (Resident) will no longer be exempt from landing fees, but instead pay a reduced fee. Landing fees will not apply to training maneuvers, such as touch-and-goes.
Airport Improvement Fee (AIF) will apply to all passengers on both scheduled services and charters. This fee will apply to passengers flying out of St. Andrews Airport and will be charged based on monthly passenger numbers. If passenger numbers are not provided in a timely manner, the airport will charge for the full capacity of the aircraft.
All amounts generated from the new fees and adjustments to the existing fees will go into the new “St. Andrews Airport Improvement Reserve Fund” for future capital improvements.
